Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in a wide range of practice settings, supporting clients across the lifespan—from youth to older adults.

My desire is to see humanity thrive; past the stuck points and adversity. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and would be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you make sense of your experiences, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with your sense of self. I also have a passion in providing Christian Counseling as well.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions—often carrying experiences that were never fully processed or understood. Taking the time to explore how these moments have shaped you can be a powerful step toward healing, self-awareness, and growth. From that space, resilience begins to develop—and resilience is key not just to survive but to thrive! I support those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management challenges, including panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and sleep disorders. I work with individuals experiencing grief and bereavement, end of life issues, infertility, chronic conditions such as diabetes, and other health-related disabilities that impact emotional well-being. My practice also supports clients living with bipolar disorder (also known as manic depressive illness), attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse concerns, anger management and impulse control difficulties, and complex family or relationship issues.I provide affirming care around identity development, cultural and ethnic issues, women’s issues, men’s issues, maternal mental health including prepartum and postpartum transitions.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can work toward transforming your pain into purpose, helping you move from simply surviving to living with intention and clarity. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to do the work in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, I welcome the opportunity to build a meaningful therapeutic relationship with you.
