Great to meet you!

I help people who hold everything together for everyone else but feel tired, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained inside. Many of my clients are helpers, caregivers, and high-functioning adults who have spent years prioritizing others while losing touch with themselves.

Together, we explore how early roles, emotional responsibilities, and long-standing patterns of over-giving have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. We slow down and make sense of the weight you’ve been carrying so change can feel meaningful and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I help people who are strong for everyone else and exhausted because of it. You’re the one who listens, supports, and holds things together, yet you feel empty, overwhelmed, or unseen. Therapy with me is where you finally don’t have to be the strong one anymore.

My approach to therapy is relational, depth-oriented, and grounded in attachment and family systems work. I help you understand how early roles, emotional responsibilities, and long-standing patterns of over-giving have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.

Together, we slow down and make sense of the weight you’ve been carrying. We focus on emotional clarity, self-trust, and boundaries and not by changing who you are, but by helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that were set aside while caring for everyone else.

I specialize in working with adults, caregivers, and highly sensitive and intuitive individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and family-of-origin dynamics.

My work is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced with care, offering a space where you feel understood, grounded, and emotionally supported, not rushed or judged.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for you to finally exhale. If you’re someone who holds everything together for others while quietly feeling empty or overwhelmed, this time is for you.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a clear story. We’ll gently explore what you’ve been carrying, how long you’ve been carrying it, and what has led you to feel tired, lonely, or emotionally drained and especially if you’re often the listener, helper, or steady presence for others.

Together, we’ll begin making sense of why things feel the way they do, untangling the emotional weight you’ve been holding, and creating space to notice what you need and feel often for the first time in a long while.

The session is paced with care and respect. There’s no pressure to perform, explain, or take care of anyone else. You can expect to be met with warmth, understanding, and curiosity as we begin this work together
