Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change.

I work with individuals facing life's challenges, transitions, stressors, and emotional struggles, helping them identify practical strategies, build on their strengths, and move toward their goals. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive—a place where insight leads to action and growth.

I believe that every person has a unique story, and I approach each client with curiosity, respect, and compassion. I value authenticity and strive to create a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. While therapy often involves serious work, I also believe humor can be a powerful tool for connection, perspective, and resilience when used thoughtfully.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and tailored to each client's needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work alongside clients to identify strengths, clarify goals, and develop practical tools that can be applied in everyday life. I aim to balance exploration and insight with actionable steps that help clients create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and talk about what you hope to gain from the process. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, and strengths, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying a path forward and determine how we can work together to support your goals.
