Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. My background includes child welfare, foster care, residential treatment, aftercare, and behavioral health. I understand that people come to therapy carrying stress, grief, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and life changes. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, honest, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I meet you where you are while helping you build healthier coping skills, strengthen your voice, and move toward healing. I also use a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach that honors your story, your experiences, and your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space to share what brought them to therapy. We will talk about your concerns, your strengths, your goals, and what support looks like for you. I move at your pace while helping you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we will begin identifying what you want to work on and the steps that can help you move toward healing and growth.
