Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Bereavement Studies from Mount Ida College, a Master of Science degree in Post-Secondary Education & Psychology from Troy University, and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I focus on the areas of anxiety, depression, life transition, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a multicultural and multimodal approach in working with clients to include the unique experience of each client. With a warm, and culturally affirming approach, I guide clients utilizing therapeutic modalities to reduce issues caused by anxiety, depression, life transitions, and women's issues. I believe therapy should address concerns in a way that incorporates the client’s entire life experience.

What you can expect from me

My clients will partner with me to create relevant goals to mental wellness. Therapy will aid in learning coping skills and definition of issues leading to the ability to problem solve. In addition, learning skills will aid in the feeling of empowerment, control and the knowledge to move through difficulties with tools to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and life issues.
