Great to meet you!

I believe every person has the strength to rewrite their story — I'm here to help you find the pen and the courage to use it! You don't have to do this alone. You deserve a safe space to feel heard and understood.

My passion is helping you move from simply surviving to creating a life that feels grounded, abundant, and aligned with who you really are. I provide a calm, empowering and compassionate space for clients to navigate life transitions, past experiences and challenging environments.

Together, we’ll make sense of what feels heavy, create space for healing, and reconnect you with your true self.

Hi, my name is Taisha. I received a Master's degree in clinical counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a nationally certified licensed clinical counselor with over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. I offer teletherapy services and I am currently accepting new clients. Lets get started on your journey to healing!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is my commitment to empathy, authenticity, patience and growth. What sets me apart is how I connect clarity with compassion and patience with progress.

Most importantly, our work will be shaped around you, your strengths, and what you need most. My hope is that you leave each session with greater clarity, a peaceful spirit, a lighter sense of self, and a renewed sense of possibility.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space to share what’s been challenging and what you hope to change.

Your first session is a chance to slow down, take a breath, and feel truly welcomed. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—just come as you are. We’ll gently talk through what’s been weighing on you, what brought you here, and what you hope to feel or do differently. I’ll listen with care, ask thoughtful questions, and together we’ll begin finding a path forward that feels right for you. You’ll leave with a little more clarity, a sense of what to expect, and the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Clients often notice that they feel supported, empowered. and gain new perspective during my sessions.
