Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with licenses in both California and Virginia. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology with a specialization in Criminology and Justice Studies, and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. Since 2011, I’ve worked with individuals and couples, specializing in relational issues and sexual dysfunction. My approach is integrative, supportive, and grounded in helping clients heal past wounds and build more connected, fulfilling relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in integrative therapy, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor the work to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—therapy should reflect who you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—your background, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to change or heal. I’ll ask some thoughtful questions to understand your story, your relationships, and the challenges you’re facing, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. This is your space, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
