Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist matters, and I want you to feel safe enough to be yourself from the very beginning. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, parenting challenges, and family concerns.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University and have experience in both community mental health and private practice. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard while learning practical tools that help you create meaningful change.

For clients who desire it, I’m happy to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process while honoring your personal goals and values.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to try something different.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop skills you can use outside of our sessions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), family systems principles, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) when appropriate.

Whether we’re working with a child, adolescent, or adult, my goal is to help you leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you—no judgement.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been challenging, what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and what you’d like life to look like moving forward. I’ll also answer any questions you have and explain how I work so you can decide whether I’m the right fit for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. My hope is that you’ll leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged that meaningful change is possible.
