Great to meet you!

I help clients who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or burned out reclaim their peace and purposewithout having to shrink or censor themselves. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with specialized training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and holistic healing, I offer culturally responsive therapy rooted in compassion, justice, and liberation. I have experience supporting Veterans, BIPOC individuals, adolescents, and women navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. My work integrates over a decade of service including military, VA systems, and community mental health with a deeply human understanding of pain and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and client-centered. I use a trauma-conscious lens grounded in emotional safety and cultural humility. Whether we’re addressing generational trauma, identity struggles, or day-to-day stressors, I incorporate mindfulness, somatic practices, cognitive-behavioral tools, and narrative processing to meet you where you are. I believe therapy should be a liberating experience where you don’t just survive but begin to truly thrive.

What you can expect from me

You can expect clarity, courage, and strategies you can actually use. We’ll build emotional insight, strengthen your voice, and work toward boundaries that protect your peace. I want you to leave each session feeling a little more rooted, affirmed, and equipped to move forward even when the world feels heavy. Whether you’re unpacking trauma or rediscovering yourself, this is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
