Great to meet you!

My name is Tajae Sergeon, the heart behind Woven With Grace Therapy Practice — a space created for real people navigating real emotions, real struggles, and real growth. I believe therapy isn’t about perfection; it’s about finding wholeness in the threads of who you already are. Healing can be tender, raw, and even a little playful — and that’s okay. Here, we embrace the messy parts of being human with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults, young adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or looking to strengthen your relationships, I'm here to support you.

My approach is best suited for those who are open to growth and ready to explore new ways of understanding themselves, improving communication, and building healthier coping skills. Together, we'll create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and meaningful change can happen—with grace, at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals, what support you're looking for, and answer any questions you have about the process.

There's no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about taking the next step in your healing journey.
