Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of purpose and identity. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and have experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My professional background includes working with adults, adolescents, women, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and stress management.

I specialize in helping clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves regain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. I also have experience supporting individuals with ADHD-related challenges, identity struggles, codependency patterns, and recovery-related issues. My therapeutic approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.

I am especially passionate about empowering women, strengthening emotional wellness, and helping clients develop healthier coping skills, boundaries, and self-awareness. I believe therapy should feel authentic, relatable, and encouraging, allowing clients to show up as they are while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach to therapy. I create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I specialize in helping clients process trauma, reduce emotional distress, and understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and self-esteem issues.

Using EMDR and other therapeutic tools, I help clients work through past experiences that may still be impacting their present, while also building healthier coping skills, emotional regulation, and stronger boundaries. My goal is to support clients in healing at a pace that feels safe while helping them move toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you are able to share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. I will spend time getting to know you, understanding your current concerns, and learning more about your history, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

We will also talk about what therapy may look like moving forward, including goals for treatment and how we will work together to support your progress.
