Great to meet you!
I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of purpose and identity. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and have experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My professional background includes working with adults, adolescents, women, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and stress management.
I specialize in helping clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves regain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. I also have experience supporting individuals with ADHD-related challenges, identity struggles, codependency patterns, and recovery-related issues. My therapeutic approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.
I am especially passionate about empowering women, strengthening emotional wellness, and helping clients develop healthier coping skills, boundaries, and self-awareness. I believe therapy should feel authentic, relatable, and encouraging, allowing clients to show up as they are while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
