Great to meet you!

I am a Los Angeles native with a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Social Work, I’ve spent the past 10 years doing work I genuinely love. I bring both real‐world perspective and clinical experience into the therapy space—with a little humor along the way. I’m excited to offer a safe, affirming place where we can process together and work toward your ideal goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is solution‐focused and strengths‐based, highlighting your strengths while keeping goals realistic and attainable. I believe healing happens when we focus on growth, empowerment, and what’s possible for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and create a space where you feel comfortable sharing what matters most to you. I’m open and attentive to hearing your priorities for therapy, honoring your voice and your experiences. Together, we’ll identify your needs, set meaningful goals, and create a supportive framework to help you reach them at your own pace.
