Great to meet you!

As I write this, I am astonished to say that I am coming up on a decade of being a therapist. I am so very passionate about helping people address their experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at DePaul University and I still recommend books I've read from courses that I took back then. I then moved to the East Coast to obtain my Master's in Counseling Mental Health & Wellness from New York University. Please allow me to assist you on your path of growth. I look forward to working with you and learning how we can improve your satisfaction with your life.
