Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children and adults. My goal is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their concerns without judgment. I have experience treating a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and stress-related challenges. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, individualized, and focused on improving overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and focused on the connection between mental and physical wellness. I work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle changes, coping strategies, and psychoeducation. I value open communication and believe clients should feel informed and involved in decisions regarding their treatment. My goal is to provide care that is realistic, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. We will discuss current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, medical history, lifestyle factors, stressors, and treatment goals. I take time to understand the full picture so we can create an individualized plan that feels manageable and effective. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and participate actively in the treatment process. My goal is for each client to leave feeling heard, supported, and more confident about the next steps in their care.
