Great to meet you!

Becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences and a deep curiosity about people, relationships and conflict resolution. Over the years, that natural pull toward listening, understanding how we connect, how we heal, and what helps us thrive in the face of pain or adversity turned into a passion for supporting others through their own challenges.

My path to Family and Couples Therapy included formal training in family and relationship therapy, as well as years of learning from the real-life stories of those I’ve had the privilege to walk alongside. I bring a blend of professional knowledge, personal insight, and a warm, grounded presence to the therapy room. I believe growth happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered—and that’s what I aim to offer each of my clients.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins through meaningful connection. When our closest relationships are strained, the emotional toll can be deep. I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to rebuild trust, improve communication, and grow. With warmth, cultural sensitivity, and a trauma-informed approach, I help clients navigate conflict, loss, transitions, and generational wounds—so they can create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you’ll find a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Whether you're dealing with conflict, loss, big life changes, or deep family wounds, I’ll take the time to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’ll help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and find new ways to connect with the people who matter most. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed, and I’m always mindful of the cultural and personal experiences that shape your story. Most of all, I want you to walk away feeling more grounded, more hopeful, and more equipped to build the kind of relationships you really want and deserve—and to grow into a more confident, resilient version of yourself along the way.
