Great to meet you!

I am a dual-board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. My clinical approach is rooted in compassionate, evidenced-based care that considers the whole person (mental health, physical health, life experiences, relationships, culture, and personal goals).

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, stress, attention and focus concerns, sleep concerns, and life transitions. my goal is to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients feel heard , supported, and empowered in their care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. I believe treatment works best when clients are active partners in their care. Together, we will explore symptoms, strengths, challenges, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals to create a plan that feels thoughtful and individualized.

I incorporate evidence-based medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to support emotional wellness and long-term stability. I strive to provide care that is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for each person's unique journey.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will take time to understand what brings you to care, your current symptoms, your medical and mental health history, past treatment experiences, and your goals. This is also an opportunity to ask questions and share what has or has not worked for you in the past.

My goal is for you to feel heard and not rushed. We will work together to identify next steps, which may include medication options, therapy recommendations, lifestyle considerations, lab work or records when appropriate, and a follow up plan that supports your overall wellness.
