Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults on their mental health journeys.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that understanding yourself is the foundation of healing, and I focus on giving my clients practical tools, education, and guidance they can use every day—not just during sessions.

In our first session, I take the time to truly listen and understand your story, your goals, and the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll create a personalized and realistic treatment plan designed to support your growth, emotional well-being, and long-term success.

I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps you feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward. My goal is to help you build confidence, develop lasting skills, and become the strongest version of yourself—one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that effective treatment starts with truly understanding each person’s story, strengths, and challenges. I take the time to listen, build trust, and create a supportive environment where clients feel safe to express themselves and grow.

I combine compassionate connection with evidence-based practices, offering practical tools and education that clients can use in their daily lives. My goal is not only to help you feel better in the moment, but also to equip you with long-term skills that promote resilience, emotional stability, and overall well-being.

Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that respects your goals, honors your lived experiences, and supports you in becoming the healthiest and most confident version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, comfortable, and judgment-free space. I take the time to get to know you—your history, what brings you in, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll talk about your symptoms, your concerns, and any previous experiences with mental health care, so I can understand your needs from a full, holistic perspective.

Together, we’ll begin building a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and focuses on practical steps to support your emotional well-being. You can expect clear communication, compassionate listening, and a collaborative approach where your voice and preferences are always respected.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of the path ahead and what our work together will look like. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about your next steps
