Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health and wellness field since 2015, in both community-based settings and individual therapy. Over the years, I have increasingly focused my training and practice on somatic-relational work, developmental and complex trauma, and attachment. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Primary Attachment Therapy and draw from more than 20 years of mindfulness practice. What I value most about this work is helping people reconnect with themselves, their relationships, their sense of meaning, and the parts of life that make them feel most alive.

I pay attention to the places where words fall short. Some of the experiences that shape us most deeply cannot be fully captured in language. Understanding our story can be incredibly meaningful. Beyond insight, I support you in transforming how trauma continues to shape your life and experience.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the understanding that healing happens in relationship. There are aspects of ourselves that can only be discovered, understood, and transformed through new relational experiences. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where curiosity, safety, and genuine presence allow new ways of experiencing yourself to emerge. It is a collaborative approach, guided by your goals, attuned to your nervous system, and grounded in your existing strengths and capacities.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a collaborative process of getting to know one another and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your hopes and goals, what you’ve tried before and what has or hasn’t been helpful, and begin noticing the patterns that may be shaping your experience. Together, we’ll identify what feels most important to bring our attention to and begin developing a shared direction for our work.
