It has always been my desire to serve and bring out the best in people. I am an LCSW, and LPHA.

In order to work on something, you must first be aware of its presence. This is why my modality of choice is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Self-reflection and assessments allow us to see all the moving parts in our lives, which in turn, fosters an environment of growth. Life is always going to present with challenges, but having the tools to get through them, makes all the difference.

I strive to build a genuine connection with my clients by fostering an environment of transparency and support. You are the expert in your journey, and I am here to assist. I believe in a communitarian approach, placing significance on the person and their environment, and meeting each individual where they are in the moment without forgetting where they have come from, and what they have been through.

Mindfulness, Patience, Emotional Intelligence, and Impulse Control to name a few. Our thoughts influence our feelings, which In turn influences our behaviors.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stressful events. It is something that most everyone encounters, it's just a matter of managing it, and not allowing it to consume you.
