Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, family challenges, or a season of life that feels heavier than expected. On the outside, things might look “fine,” but internally it feels like a lot to carry alone.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life experiences. I truly value being part of your personal journey and creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse populations facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and family stress. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, and I’m especially passionate about helping clients navigate both everyday struggles and deeper emotional patterns.

My background has given me the opportunity to meet people from many walks of life, which allows me to approach each client with openness, cultural awareness, and genuine curiosity. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, your story, your goals, and your experiences matter here.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT while still feeling natural and human. Sessions with me feel more like a real conversation than something clinical or intimidating.

I focus on helping you better understand yourself, your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also giving you practical tools you can actually use in your daily life. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are. I meet you where you are, at your pace, and we build from there.
