Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am Talia. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with young adults. This period of life can be challenging, confusing and anxiety-provoking! Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, experiencing anxiety, healing from difficult experiences or trauma, exploring/ building your sense of self, or struggling within the relationships in your life, this is a space where I am here to support you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Therapy is a partnership where I help guide you to insight, self-compassion, and building coping skills/tools. I strive to create a trusting relationship where you can show up as your authentic self without the fear of judgement. Not one single approach, intervention and/or perspective works for everyone. I draw from different evidence-based interventions that are tailored towards meeting your needs and your specific therapy.

What you can expect from me

Come as you are. The first session is a conversation, where we explore what brings you here. Don't worry! There's no pressure to have everything figured out before we start.
