I specialize in working with at-risk children and adolescents helping them process and better understand their trauma, anxiety, depression, defiance, PTSD, ADHD, and a variety of other diagnoses.

My sessions are client-centered and trauma-informed, using strength-based, solution-focused intervention, and systems approach.

I understand the importance of building a unique treatment plan to fit client goals, but the most important aspect to me is building rapport and trust so that the therapeutic relationship can flourish. I look forward to helping achieve the best version of yourself possible!
