Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive private practice and non-profit experience working with youth, couples, and families who have experienced relationship challenges, trauma, grief and loss, and caring for family members with mental health or developmental and intellectual disabilities. It's true that change starts with the choice to seek support – and here you are! Let's take the next step together. I have had the honor to help individuals move through difficult life experiences and discover a new sense of balance and purpose.

My approach to therapy

Through the use of Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as drawing from Jungian Psychology, Solution-Focused training, Brainspotting, and Grief and Bereavement psychotherapy, I also look to holistic practices such as body wellness, artistic expression, and investment in health as key interventions in the process of change.

What you can expect from me

My joy in this work is helping clients restore connections and offering hope through teaching and encouraging the creation of critical shifts that lead to meaningful transformations.
