Great to meet you!

I started In Between Counseling because I know firsthand how overwhelming life’s transitions can be—whether it’s navigating the teenage years, stepping into adulthood, or figuring out who you are in the chaos of work, relationships, and parenthood. I specialize in helping teens and adults manage stress, anxiety, and depression, guiding them through the messy "in-between" moments of life with humor, empathy, and straight-to-the-point honesty.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and reframe negative thought patterns, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process past trauma and move forward with more confidence and peace. My approach is interactive and client-centered—I won’t just sit and nod. I’m here to help you process, challenge negative thoughts, and build the skills to handle whatever life throws your way.

What you can expect from our first session

Life’s changes can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I offer a compassionate space where you can process difficult emotions, understand your thoughts, and begin taking steps toward the life you envision. Let's work together to navigate the in between moments.
