Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, deeply feeling adults exploring or realizing their neurodivergence while navigating experiences such as anxiety, overwhelm, unresolved trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or questions of identity and self-worth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that our struggles often signal what is needed rather than what is wrong. I aim to offer a supportive space to better understand yourself, your patterns, your body, and your needs while reconnecting with your inner resilience.

My approach to therapy

As a Registered Art Therapist, I integrate Art Therapy with mindfulness and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs and goals. My work draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Solution-Focused Therapy, contemplative practices, and trauma-informed care. You do not need to engage in art making to work with me, nor do you need to consider yourself artistic to benefit from art therapy or creative exploration. Visit www.thistree.art to learn more.

What you can expect from me

I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve spent a long time carrying things on your own. My intention is to create a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can begin sharing at your own pace. During our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what support you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
