Great to meet you!

There are seasons of life when you realize you’ve changed, but you’re not entirely sure who you’ve become. Anxiety or depression may be affecting how you feel day to day, tension in your family or relationships may leave you emotionally drained, or you may have spent so much time meeting expectations that your own needs have become difficult to hear. I provide virtual and in person individual therapy for adolescents and adults throughout Texas, with a focus on anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship concerns, and women’s issues. I also support clients navigating trauma, PTSD, and stress when those experiences are contributing to the challenges they face today. My goal is to create a warm, affirming environment where you can step away from the pressure to have everything figured out, understand yourself more clearly, and begin reconnecting with the person you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with understanding your story, not just your symptoms. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life while building practical skills that help you move forward with greater confidence and purpose. You may have come to therapy because of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or family challenges, only to realize those experiences are influencing your confidence, sense of identity, emotional wellbeing, and the way you connect with others. Trauma, PTSD, stress, and major life transitions often become part of that story as well. Rather than focusing on one challenge at a time, we'll explore how these experiences are connected so we can create meaningful, lasting change that supports every part of your life. My approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns while integrating trauma informed care and person centered principles that create a safe, collaborative environment where you can heal at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to have everything figured out before we begin. During our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's bringing you to therapy, explore what you hope will be different, and create goals that reflect the life you want to build. As we continue working together, you'll have a space where you can speak honestly, process difficult experiences without fear of judgment, celebrate your progress, and develop practical tools that support you long after therapy ends. I'll meet you with warmth, encouragement, and genuine curiosity while helping you reconnect with your strengths every step of the way. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more grounded, more confident in who you are, and empowered to move forward with resilience, clarity, and hope.
