Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or family stress begin affecting the way you see yourself and the people you care about most. You may feel emotionally exhausted, weighed down by past experiences, or unsure how to move forward when it seems like nothing is changing. Healing is possible, and you don't have to face those challenges alone. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship issues, and women's issues so they can find greater peace, strengthen important relationships, and feel more confident in their everyday lives. I work with adults and children because I believe everyone deserves a compassionate, supportive space where they feel heard, valued, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide both a safe place to process life's challenges and practical tools that help you continue growing long after each session ends. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building healthier ways of coping that fit your unique goals and strengths. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because understanding the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we can work through trauma, PTSD, stress management, emotional regulation, life transitions, family conflict, relationship concerns, anxiety, and depression, always tailoring our work to your needs, values, and the future you're working toward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported every step of the way. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and respect while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're hoping to heal from painful experiences, strengthen your relationships, better manage anxiety, or simply experience more peace in your daily life, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends.
