Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, and cultural or identity-related challenges. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, supported, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

Many of the clients I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by difficult past experiences that continue affecting their daily lives, relationships, or emotional wellbeing. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel heard and understood. I believe each client is the expert in their own life, and together we work toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic.

I use evidence-based strategies to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate cultural and identity-related experiences while building practical tools that support long-term emotional wellness and growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and exploring what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss the challenges you’re facing, what goals feel most important, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, empowered, and hopeful about the healing process.
