Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting teens and adults through life’s challenges. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I help with things like stress, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional struggles, and I believe in meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll work to build coping skills, strengthen your confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, balanced, and better equipped to navigate everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, while tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping strategies, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you develop the skills and confidence needed to move forward. My goal is to empower you to improve your emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, judgment-free space. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, your goals, and some background to better understand your experiences.

Together, we’ll begin building a strong therapeutic relationship, identify your strengths, and outline a plan that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and more clear and hopeful about the path ahead.
