Great to meet you!

I became a social worker because I value the opportunity to support individuals, families, and communities in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being. I enjoy connecting with people, listening to their stories, and helping them navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University, where I developed a passion for providing compassionate, client-centered therapeutic services.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, open, and supportive. I listen with care and curiosity, ask meaningful questions, and reflect back what I hear so you feel truly understood. I strive to be clear, compassionate, and encouraging, making it easy to explore difficult topics while also focusing on strengths and possibilities.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll listen with care, answer your questions, and explain how we can work together. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that feels supportive and tailored to your needs.
