Great to meet you!

As a therapist with over 25 years of experience, I help adults, adolescents, and families navigate the complex "stuck" points of life—from the weight of stress and anxiety to the daily pressure of overwhelm. While my career has spanned the globe, my focus is on providing high-quality, clinically grounded care to clients navigating the challenges of divorce, family dynamics, and significant life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents as they manage the intense social and emotional pressures of modern life, helping them build the resilience and coping tools needed to find their footing. As a mother of two and an avid hiker, I have deep personal and professional experience managing major life changes; I understand that strength is built through both personal and professional peaks. Whether you are an adolescent finding your identity, an adult navigating the end of a marriage, or a family redesigning your future, I offer a strategic and empathetic partnership to help you move past overwhelm and land firmly on your feet.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, empathetic, and deeply curious space where you can feel truly seen and supported. I believe that while the path forward may feel daunting, you don’t have to do it alone—I am here to guide you through both the exploration of your past and the building of your future. Together, we will get curious about the patterns in your life, but we will also intentionally discover and lean into your unique strengths to address your challenges. Our work is a balance of deep self-discovery and practical progress, focusing on the tools and solutions that help you feel more capable and grounded in your daily life. Whether we are uncovering long-standing insights or setting achievable goals, my priority is to empower you with the clarity and skills you need to thrive.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is dedicated to building a foundation of trust and understanding. Rather than jumping into immediate fixes, we will focus on getting to know each other and exploring the specific support you need to feel seen and heard. I want to understand how you work, what your unique rhythm is, and what kind of response helps you feel most empowered. This initial meeting is a collaborative space for us to discover your inherent strengths and identify the challenges you are ready to face head-on. My goal is to establish myself as your partner and guide from the very beginning, ensuring that you don't have to navigate your shadows alone as we begin mapping the path forward together.
