Great to meet you!

I love working with independent and critical thinkers and helping women to truly heal, grow, and live with purpose. I believe you are the expert on your life and that your mind as well as your body know how to heal given the right environment. I also offer Brainspotting, a focused mind-body approach that helps access and process experiences that can be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.

Therapy is an investment in yourself. A dedicated space to process emotions, heal old patterns, and cultivate clarity, resilience, and alignment from the inside out. I specialize in working with you through navigating life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I provide virtual therapy throughout California, Arizona, and Idaho.

My style is rooted in humor and authenticity. I respect for your autonomy and intelligence. Together, we build clarity, safety and trust, that translates into lasting change. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out to schedule a first session. Please note I do not offer free consultation calls.

"Make sure you include yourself in that list of things to take care of this week"

My approach to therapy

I deeply respect your autonomy, your intelligence, and your lived experience. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in gaining greater clarity, psychological strength, and resilience in ways that foster health, growth, and healing.

Together, we create space to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be shaping your life, your sense of self, and your ability to feel safe and grounded in the present. Through this process, we work toward deeper self-understanding, greater emotional balance, and meaningful changes that support a more connected and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as direct, down to earth "hippie" surfer with a sense of humor who is easy to talk . I try to make therapy feel natural and conversational rather than clinical. Many people describe leaving sessions feeling lighter, more organized confident and motivated
