Great to meet you!

My name is Tamara Ayala. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can heal, reconnect with yourself, and grow emotionally and spiritually. I use an integrative and holistic approach that blends CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and spiritual tools when appropriate. Together, we explore not just your symptoms but the deeper patterns, beliefs, and life experiences that have shaped your emotional world.

I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. I also support individuals navigating major life transitions, migration-related stress, and identity development. My clients often describe our sessions as grounding, clarifying, and empowering with meaningful assignments and emotional reflection that help them continue growing outside of session.

Sessions are available via telehealth for clients in Florida and Puerto Rico. I am fully bilingual and offer therapy in both English and Spanish. Let’s begin your journey to healing one honest, courageous step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore both our wounds and our strengths. In sessions, I combine evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care with mindfulness practices, narrative work, and when appropriate spiritual exploration.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Each client is unique, and I tailor my work to your needs, goals, and life experience. I create a space where you can process emotions, develop self-awareness, set boundaries, heal from trauma, and learn to speak to yourself with more kindness and clarity.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy with me will offer a blend of structure, reflection, and emotional safety. You can expect meaningful conversation, deep insight, practical tools, and assignments that support your growth between sessions.

I work in both English and Spanish, and I offer telehealth therapy to clients in Florida and Puerto Rico.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater emotional clarity, and tools they can apply in real life. My sessions are a space for reflection, emotional release, and meaningful growth. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface your beliefs, patterns, wounds, and strengths so you can move forward with more intention, peace, and confidence.

You’ll take away concrete coping strategies, guided journaling prompts, and personalized assignments to continue your healing process between sessions. Whether we’re working through anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I’ll support you in building emotional resilience and reconnecting with your inner self.

My goal is that you leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and more aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
