Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 7 years of clinical experience at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital where I honed my skills as a trauma and anxiety specialist working with both individuals and couples. My clinical experiences with asylum seekers, prisoners of war and Veterans set the foundation for my passion to provide trauma-informed treatments that are grounded in research and proven to be effective.

My approach to therapy

I have found that a client-centered approach to therapy is most effective for helping to resolve emotional wounds and build resiliency during times of crisis and distress.

My clinical style is collaborative, open, and warm.

What you can expect from me

My goals are to improve your self-understanding and to empower you to take steps towards a mindset encouraging change, growth, and resiliency. I believe that clients enter therapy at different points in their lives, and it is important for me to build psychological safety to encourage trust and courage to both identify and meet treatment goals.
