I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years experience helping people with trauma-related disorders, depression, and anxiety. I enjoy working with people who are struggling to adjust to major life transitions or who are navigating challenging family or relationship dynamics. I also provide psycho-education, assessment, and skills-building for clients struggling with ADHD. I have specialized experience working with survivors of family or relationship violence.

In session, we will work to enhance your awareness of beliefs and emotions in the present moment so you can practice self-acceptance without guilt or shame, gain clearer access to the guidance of your inner wisdom, and build the self-trust needed to live in the direction of your most authentic values. This approach is interwoven with mind-body based techniques, and is informed by Transpersonal, Jungian, and Attachment theories.
