My Solution-Focused approach is a concise, goal-driven therapy that prioritizes discovering solutions over examining problems. It empowers clients by highlighting their inherent strengths and past achievements, helping them to imagine their ideal future and identify manageable steps to reach their goals. Using techniques like the Miracle Question, scaling questions, and exception-finding, I assist clients in creating a clear vision of their desired outcomes and building on what already works.

By the end of our sessions, clients will have a practical toolkit for ongoing self-improvement and a clear pathway to achieving their personal goals through solution focused approach.
