Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Tamara Jackson! I'm a Licensed Professional Therapist who is deeply passionate about supporting my clients' holistic well-being. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth during difficult times. I'm a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist with a focus on supporting adults (18+) and adolescents (13+) as they navigate life transitions, loss and grief, trauma, anxiety, and women's issues. I serve the state of Texas and Delaware virtually.

My approach to therapy

My approach is intentionally grounded in creating a genuine, supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Together, we will deepen your self-awareness, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to achieve your goals.
