Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with roots in Europe and extensive experience in the U.S., I offer a cross-cultural, nonjudgmental perspective. I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, races, ages, genders, and sexual orientations. I affirm LGBTQIA+ identities and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by immigrants, international students, veterans, service members, and military families. Additionally, I am knowledgeable about consensual non-monogamy and diverse relationship styles.

My expertise includes working with anxiety (including high-functioning anxiety and perfectionism), depression, chronic stress, workplace burnout, trauma and PTSD, grief, identity issues, relationship concerns, women’s issues, and major life transitions. I also have specialized training in sexual psychology and intimacy, addressing topics such as desire, arousal, orgasm challenges, and pain during sex, and I am a kink-informed therapist.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, direct, and evidence-based, tailored to fit your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, I also incorporate creative methods like photo and art therapy. Together, we will explore the patterns in your life, determine what serves you, and cultivate a life filled with meaningful relationships and authenticity. Let’s embark on this journey to discover what truly makes you feel alive.

What you can expect from me

If you’re exhausted from merely managing symptoms and are looking for deeply personalized, collaborative care, I'm here to help you foster genuine self-understanding and create lasting change. Together, we can work towards building a life and relationships that resonate with your true self.
