Great to meet you!

I have been a dedicated counselor since 2011, committed to supporting individuals and families through life's challenges. My passion lies in helping survivors of domestic violence, children, teenagers, and families navigate healing and growth. I also have extensive experience addressing women’s issues, advocating for children, and supervising unlicensed therapists as they develop their skills.

Beyond my work with younger populations, I also specialize in counseling adults. I provide guidance for those facing life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, and personal development. I understand the complexities of adulthood, from managing anxiety and depression to building self-confidence and fostering meaningful connections. My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, creating a safe space for exploration and healing.

For the past six years, I have provided virtual counseling, ensuring accessible and effective support for adults and families. My goal is to empower clients to move forward with confidence, knowing they have a compassionate professional by their side.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting clients where they are—creating a safe and supportive space for them to explore their experiences, emotions, and goals without judgment. My approach is highly collaborative, working alongside clients to develop meaningful goals that foster growth, hope, and future self-reliance.

What you can expect from me

I integrate person-centered therapy, ensuring that each individual feels heard, valued, and empowered in their healing journey. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients identify thought patterns, process past experiences, and build coping strategies that promote long-term resilience. My practice is homework-heavy, emphasizing practical exercises and self-reflection outside of sessions to reinforce progress and encourage personal accountability.
