Tamara McNeil

You spend your days pouring into everyone else. Your students, your staff, your clients, your family. But who's pouring into you? I'm Tamara, a Licensed Professional Counselor, school counselor, Higher Ed Professor, Public Speaker, and current doctoral student. I know the helping world from the inside. I work one-on-one with adults, especially educators, helping professionals, adoptees, and anyone building a bigger life through school or career. This is your space to grow, breathe, and put yourself first. If faith matters to you, it's welcome here too.

I keep it real, warm, and practical. We'll talk like two people, not like a textbook. I'll listen to understand your story, and then we'll build tools you can actually use between sessions. I believe you're the expert on your own life. My job is to walk beside you, ask good questions, and help you see what's possible.

Our first session is about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brought you here, what's weighing on you, and what you want to feel different. No pressure and no judgment. You'll leave with a clear idea of how we'll work together and at least one small next step. Most of all, I want you to walk away feeling heard.
