Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and families navigating stress, relationship challenges, and emotional burnout. I specialize in supporting first responders, their families, and high-functioning professionals who are used to carrying a lot but may feel overwhelmed underneath.

My approach is direct, practical, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care, attachment work, and nervous system regulation. I help clients better understand their patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build tools they can use in real life—not just in session.

I provide a supportive but structured space where we focus on creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, collaborative, and grounded in real-life application. I create a space where you can be fully honest—no judgment, no need to filter—and we work together to understand patterns, build awareness, and actually do something with it.

I’m open-minded and meet clients where they are, while also gently challenging them when needed. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking in circles—it’s about gaining clarity, building tools, and making meaningful changes.

I also believe humor has a place in the process. Life is heavy, and sometimes being able to laugh (even a little) creates the space needed to move forward.

My work is especially focused on stress, burnout, relationship dynamics, and supporting first responders and high-functioning individuals who are used to carrying a lot. Above all, my goal is to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a structured but comfortable space where we start getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you want to change. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your current stressors, patterns, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we go at your pace.

My focus in the first session is to help you feel understood while also beginning to create direction. We’ll identify what’s most important to you, what’s feeling stuck, and what progress would realistically look like.

You can also expect me to be engaged and interactive—I don’t just sit back and listen. I’ll offer perspective, begin identifying patterns, and help you leave with some level of clarity, even after the first session.

Overall, the environment is supportive, open, and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping you feel both comfortable and empowered to move forward.
