Great to meet you!

My name is Tamara Saint Gilles, owner, and creator of Tammy Talks Therapy. Over the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescence, and adults dealing with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship issues and bipolar disorder. While my work experiences have helped me grow as a clinician, my passion has always been to focus on the best interest of my clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused and designed with you in mind. There is no treatment approach that works for every individual. My goal is to work with you to uncover the challenges that are affecting you in your life and to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Whether you need a lot of direction or simply someone to support your current goals, let’s work together to help you reach your full potential.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for you to be heard. I strive to provide an empathic, warm and judgement free environment. This is your time to share and my time to listen. Feel free to ask me questions or to pour your heart out. This session will allow me to explore how you have been managing your stressors with an opportunity for you to learn a few “tools” that can assist you in your new path to becoming mentally strong.
