Great to meet you!

Life is like a great big puzzle where until its completion, you search to find the parts that fit. Taking the time to seek out help to find those missing pieces can be scary and even frustrating at times. I believe that the best approach to finding the pieces that fit is to take a look at the whole picture and not necessarily just one section or another.

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with children, adults, families, and couples to assist them in finding a balance in their approach to situations and problems in such a way that the knowledge they have acquired can be used in all areas of their personal, developmental, educational and professional lives.

My approach to therapy

During our sessions you can expect for me to provide you with support, encouragement and knowledge to allow you to dictate the direction for your treatment that best fits your needs, desired outcomes and comfort level. I will listen to what you say to make sure that your goals are being addressed at the speed that you are comfortable with.

What you can expect from me

At the end of each session, I hope to have provided you with a sense of accomplishment . Feeling as if you were comfortable and safe to be able to talk through a concern or issue. Being able to feel confident to have developed new coping skills that you are willing and able to use outside of your sessions.
