Great to meet you!

I began my journey into social work as a nontraditional college student after working as a pharmacy technician, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2019 and now I am a LISW-CP and also a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), and Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).

I have a strong passion for analytical psychology and for working with individuals who require longer-term care and more specialized treatment. Many of the populations I serve have experienced disenfranchisement within the healthcare system who are often judged, overlooked, or misunderstood due to the complexity of their experiences. Some of my work often resonates with individuals who do not identify with traditional Christian frameworks and instead align with spiritual, polytheistic, or alternative belief systems. I meet these clients with cultural awareness and clinical competency, offering care that feels both respectful and familiar, without judgment, minimization, or the need for clients to explain or defend their world view. I openly acknowledge that my approach may be considered untraditional by some clinicians. However, I believe that when individuals have tried numerous conventional paths without relief, there must be space for curiosity, flexibility, and evolution in care. The field is changing, and I am a part of a growing movement of practitioners integrating newer perspectives to better serve those who have long been overlooked.

I provide care that stands apart, supporting individuals navigating complex mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges with depth, respect, and intention. My work is grounded in the belief that even in profound suffering, there is meaning to be explored and healing to be found.

My approach to therapy

My practice is intentionally specialized. I specialize in personality disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, and spiritually affirming care for clients who hold non-Christian, polytheistic, earth-based, or other spiritual belief systems. I also have a particular clinical interest in working with psychotic disorders, including schizo spectrum disorders, and dissociative disorders. I also provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and differential diagnostic evaluations for complex presentations, including personality disorders, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, and dissociative disorder, etc.

My practice is intentionally limited to the following modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Jungian Analytic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT)-informed individual treatment, and Transpersonal (Psychospiritual) therapy.

If you are seeking a different population focus, diagnosis, or treatment modality, please consider another provider. My practice is designed for clients whose needs align with the areas and approaches described above.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an initial assessment with lots of rapport building. First sessions are always weird—you meet a stranger and share what you can in one hour. I'll do my best to ease your nerves. Plan to address your most recent concerns; we'll get to older material if needed in the future.
