Tamara Taylor

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with board certification, Master Certified Health Coach and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist in the state of Texas. I received both my bachelor’s degree and my master’s degree in from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. I received my master certification in health and wellness from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I have worked in several areas of the mental health/behavioral health field including community, corporate and telehealth.

My 18+ years in the mental health field has taught me numerous things. I am trained in and able to use several therapeutic approaches with the adult population. My areas of clinical expertise include:

Sometimes all anyone wants to do is tell someone caring and compassionate their perspective regarding their story. My purpose and intention is to help anyone who may be having struggles and needs help moving in the right direction to become healthier and more well-rounded individuals both mentally and physically.
