Great to meet you!

Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to help others. I graduated with my master's in social work from Loma Linda University in 2006 and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2009. Additionally, I have a specialized certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I thoroughly enjoy helping people achieve optimal wellness in the wake of any hardships or trauma they have experienced throughout their lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe we are all a work in progress and therapy can be helpful for everyone. In session I utilize narrative therapy, solution-focused, and mindfulness approaches. I focus on helping you find your path according to your unique story and goals while helping you learn new coping skills and gain insight along the way.

What you can expect from me

By processing in session, the aim is to help you learn new coping skills and focus on improving healthy relationships and self-care. Our sessions will allow you to gain insight and awareness for lasting improvements, according to your personal goals. I am pretty open and honest, down-to-earth, and like to teach about strategies for clients to try and utilize outside of session.
