Great to meet you!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from children in play therapy (which I continue to do now) to individuals and families navigating grief and loss. I also support people working through anxiety, depression, and OCD, and I really value creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and not alone in what you’re facing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and compassion-focused, which means we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and at a pace that’s right for you. I focus on building on what’s already working in your life while helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change. ACT is the main framework I use, and I integrate other approaches (like Complicated Grief Therapy, CBT, compassion-focused, and solution-focused work) to tailor therapy to what fits you best.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you and what’s been going on in your life, while creating a space where you feel safe and comfortable sharing at your own pace. Building trust and connection is really important to me, and I see those first conversations as the foundation for a supportive, collaborative relationship.
