Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, work through challenges, and move toward healing and positive change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is empathetic, nonjudgmental, person-centered, and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, trauma-focused interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy based on your individual needs. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, promote healing and personal growth, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable and supportive environment. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin creating a plan that feels realistic, personal, and meaningful to you.
