Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here. I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field specializing in trauma-related challenges, including those experiencing the effects of abuse, significant life stressors, or unresolved traumatic events. Using evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed care and EMDR, I help clients build emotional regulation skills, develop insight, and gradually reduce the impact of emotionally distressing experiences. Additionally, I am a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

My approach to therapy

Taking the first step toward support can feel difficult, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. As your therapist, I provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. If you’re ready to begin working toward greater clarity and balance, I invite you to reach out.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be structured, supportive, and paced with care. The primary focus is on getting a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I will also explain how I approach trauma work, including the use of evidence-based methods such as EMDR, and answer any questions you may have. Together, we will begin developing a plan that aligns with your needs, readiness, and preferences.
