Great to meet you!

My extensive training has centered around Child & Adolescent obsessive compulsive disorders and mood disorders. Moreover, my additional studies and clinical internships are inclusive of working with a myriad of clients struggling with co-occurring disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide evidenced based psychotherapy for children and adolescents within my private practice. My goal is to help them recognize that their voice matters regardless of the circumstances or events faced in life. My specialty centers around obsessive compulsive disorders and mood disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

As a licensed professional therapist, I am passionate about helping parents connect with their children or adolescents and improve parent-child relationships. I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. My goal is to help your child/teen recognize underlying problems, fully realize their strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts in a healthier way.
