Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for helping individuals experience healing, restoration, and wholeness—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe that true transformation begins at the root, which is why my approach integrates clinical expertise with faith-based principles, trauma-informed care, and compassionate, holistic support.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and thought-related challenges, and I have a particular passion for helping people navigate life transitions, emotional wounds, and spiritual disconnection. Whether you’re facing long-standing struggles or newly emerging challenges, I provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to explore, process, and grow.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, intentionality, and a deep commitment to seeing the whole person—mind, heart, body, and spirit. I believe that every individual’s journey is unique, and effective care must address not only symptoms, but the root causes behind them. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while being supported in truth, grace, and clinical excellence.

I integrate evidence-based practices with faith-based principles for clients who desire a spiritual perspective. This includes exploring the thought life, addressing emotional wounds, processing grief and trauma, and incorporating inner healing, practical tools, and prayer when appropriate. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that empowers clients to take ownership of their healing, while providing guidance, insight, and clinical support along the way.

My goal is not just short-term relief, but long-term transformation. I strive to help clients walk in greater clarity, freedom, and wholeness—fully aligned with their God-given identity and purpose.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to walk away from our sessions with greater clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether we are processing trauma, addressing anxiety or depression, exploring thought patterns, or walking through grief, each session is designed to bring you one step closer to healing, wholeness, and peace.

You’ll leave with strategies that support both your immediate needs and your long-term growth—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. If you desire faith integration, you can also expect to be encouraged and grounded in biblical truth, prayer, and God’s promises for your life.

Above all, clients often leave feeling seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is that every session becomes a safe space for transformation—where you’re not only unpacking the weight you’ve carried, but also gaining the strength, insight, and support to move forward with renewed hope.
